Learned Government Pleader for Appeals represented that all the appellants died long back, but he did not disclose the dates of death. However, in view of death of the appellants long before this day, the appeal is deemed to have been abated.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed as abated by operation of law, but, in the circumstances, without costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
