THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Petition Nos.9394, 15757, 21688, 21782 and 21815 of 2013 COMMON ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} The validity of G.O.Ms.No.21 dated 08.03.2013 has been subjected to challenge in all these writ petitions. Sri B.Sivarama Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the said G.O. has been superseded by G.O.Ms.No.9 dated 01.02.2016. The earlier G.O.Ms.No.21 dated 08.03.2013, to the extent of supersession, no longer survives and the cause in all these writ petitions also does not, therefore, survive.

The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
