HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.28785 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the order of the 4th respondent in GPA/01/2016, dated 23.07.2016 and quash the same.

2. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 128 of the A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 challenging the impugned order.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
