Heard Sri K.V.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSTRANSCO, appearing on behalf of respondents.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

"...to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction oF the respondents in not attending to releasing of the electrical power (service connection) despite erection installation of the transformer for the supply load to the flats applied for the residential complex (Casa Rosa Apartments), situated at Municipal bearing No.6- 1-289, Padmarao Nagar, ) \ Secunderabad as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents to release the electrical power to the premises and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

3. Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for \ TSTRANSCO, appearing on behalf of respondents submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication, any more.

Bringing the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for TSTRANSCO, appearing on behalf of respondents on record, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions , if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall also stand closed. SD/. L.
