HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.23425 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of the 3rd respondent in disposing of the appeal filed by petitioners, the present writ petition is filed. Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioners are given liberty to file Memo before the 3rd respondent by enclosing a copy of this order and seek an early date for hearing of the appeal.

(b) On filing such memo, the 3rd respondent considers disposing of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
