THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A.No.674 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

When the matter was called on 11.07.2016, at request, the matter was directed to be posted on 18.07.2016. On 18.07.2016, this Court directed to print the name of present Standing Counsel for APTRANSCO, Anantapur and post the matter to today. Today when the matter came up, listed under the caption of "Specially Identified Cases", neither the advocate for appellants appeared nor any representation is made on his behalf.

2. As per the office endorsement, this Court ordered notice to respondents on 21.12.2009 and thereafter, the matter was neither listed before the Court nor advocate for appellant has taken any steps for listing the matter.

3. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
