take the half-yearly accounts of the subject company (in liquidation) for the period from 01.04.2023 to 30.09.2023, along with lndependent Auditors' Report dated 31 .05.2025 submitted on 09.06.2025 by M/s KBS. & Associates, Chartered Accountants on record and permission may be accorded to make the payment of audit fee gf Rs.500/- plus GST to the said auditor.
cost of this application (Court fee Stamps and Notary Charges etc-,) may be permitted to be met out by the Official Liquidator from the available funds of the company (in liquidation) or Estate and Establishment Fund account if no fund is available in the company's account, subject to reimbursement of the same from the funds of Company (in liqn) upon realization of assets of the Company (in liqn), if any. lt.
This application coming on for orders, upon reading the Judge's summons and the affidavit dated 28.07 .2025 filed by Sri Uttam Kumar Sahoo, Official Liquidator attached to the High Court for the State of Telangana, in support of the Company Application and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J-Sreenath Reddy, Advocate for the Official Liquidator/Applicant. Heard Sri J.Sreenath Reddy, learned counsel br the Official Liquidator.

Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned i.r the supporting affidavit, and upon considering the half_yearly accoru ts filed by the leamed Official Liquidator, this application is orc :red with the following:- a. The half-yearly accounts of the subject Compi.r y, which is in liquidation fbr the period from 0l .04.2023 to 3C. t9.2023, along with the Auditois Report dared 3t.05.2025 submitted on 09.06.2025 by M/s.KBS & Associates, Charterrr Accountants, are taken on record.
b. Permission is accorded to the learned Offrcial Lic ridator to pay an audit fee of Rs.500/- plus GST ro the Auditor c. Permission is also accorded to the learned Offic al Liquidator to make the sa id payment from the available funds of the Company (in liquidation), or fiom the Estate and , istablishment Fund account if no fund is availabte in the Comlr Lny's account, subject to reimbursement from the funds of I )ompany (in liquidatio n) upon realization of its assets.
