THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9446 OF 2014 ORDER:

As per the learned public prosecutor, police filed a final report and learned Magistrate has taken cognizance vide C.C.No.172 of 2015 and the matter is pending since then. Having regard to the above, this criminal petition is closed, liberty to impugn the police final report taken cognizance with Part II CD, if any or if at all to seek for discharge if no grounds to frame the charge in the course of hearing before the trial court.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
