This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 01.10.2015 passed in I.A.No.658 of 2014 in O.S.No.75 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent and perused the record.

Today this court disposed of Civil Revision Petition No.180 of 2016. Both counsel submitted that in view of the disposal of the Civil Revision Petition No.180 of 2016, this Civil Revision Petition may be allowed.

In view of the submissions made by both counsel, this court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed, setting aside the order dated 01.10.2015 passed in I.A.No.658 of 2014 in O.S.No.75 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District.
