THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOs. 26034 AND 26044 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER The case of the petitioners is that, the petitioner in W.P.No.26034 of 2019, is the owner and possessor of the subject land admeasuring Acs.9-23 gts. in Sy.No.102 and 103 and its sub divisions, situate at Kanakamamidi village, Moinabad Mandal, Rangareddy District, and the petitioner in W.P.No.26044 of 2019 is the owner and possessor of land in an extent of Acs.16-11 gts. in Sy.Nos.32, 34, 35, 36 and 47 and its sub divisions, situated at Surangal village, Moinabad mandal, Rangareddy District by virtue of registered agreement of salecum-general power of attorneys. The further case of the petitioners is that the respondents without following the due process of law, are trying to interfere and demolish the structures in the subject lands.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration, Panchayat Raj, Revenue and Home appearing for respondents 1, 3, 5 and 6, and Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, and the Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent, have submitted in consonance, that respondents will follow the due process of law before initiating action against the subject property of the petitioners. Recording the above submission, writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the structures, or interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject property, without following the due process of law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
