HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.5513 of 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioner, who is the accused in crime No.10 of 2012 of Kaligiri Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

Even though the petitioner is arrayed as an accused on the basis of the confession given by the coaccused, taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is involved in three more cases of the same nature, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail.
