Sri A.K.Jaya Prakash Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner circulated letter dated 29.09.2018 to the Registry seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue appropriate remedies, in the event the Corporation failed to grant the relief sought. With the consent of learned Standing counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedies, if the relief prayed by the petitioner is not granted by the respondents. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
