Sectibn 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Registry to retum the Originals of signed Blank Cheque'bearing No.048246, drawn on lDBl Bank, M.V.R.Complex, Khammam Branch, one signed Blank Promissory Note, Signed by Sri J.A.S.V.Narayana Rao, Advocate and two returned original applications vide l.A.Sr.No.2077 of 2018 in O.S.No.'103 of 2013, dated 01-05-2018 and LA.Sr.N'.2O78 ot 2018 in O.S.No.103 ot 2013, dated 0l-05-2018 filed before the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Khammam, which were filed in the above appeal and the present application seeking to return the same by permifting me to replace the same with Attested True Copies.
This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sricharan Telaprolu, Advocate for the Appellant and Sri Aravala Sreenivasa Rao, Advocate for the Resoondent No.1
The Court made the following: ORDER The petitioner filed this application with a prayer to direct the Registry to return the Originals of signed blank cheque bearing No.048246, drawn on lDBl Blank, M.V.R.Complex, Khammam Branch, one signed Blank Promissory Note, signed by Sri J.A.S.V.Narayana Rao, Advocate and two returned original applications vide l.A.Sr.No 2077 of 20'18 in O.S.No.103 of 2013, dated 01 .05.201 8 and l.A.Sr No .207 B in O.S.No. 1 03 of 2013, dated 01 -05-20'1 8 fi led before the Hon'ble Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Khammam, which were filed in the above appeal and permit them to replace the same with Attested True Copies.
Having regard to the fact that the appeal suit itself is dismissed as not surviving and two revisions are also dismissed, Registry is directed to return the documents i.e., Originals of signed blank cheque bearing No.048246, drawn on lDBl Bank, M.V.R.Complex, Khammam Branch, one signed Blank Promissory Note, signed by Sri J.A.S.V.Narayana Rao, Advocate and two returned original applications vide lA.Sr.No.2077 ol 2018 in O.S.No.103 of 2013, dated 01.05.2018 and l.A.Sr No.2O7B of 2018 in O.S.No.103 ot 2013, dated 01.05.2018 filed before the Hon'ble Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Khammam, by replacing them with True Copies, on filing application by the petitioners/appellants Sd/- K.
