HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.24747 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of 167.75 square yards covered by patta No.235, Sy.Nos 36/1 and 36/4 of Yendada Village, Visakhapatnam by virtue of registered settlement deed, dated 06-07-2016.

The officials of the 1st respondent are interfering with the petitioner's possession over the said land at the instigation of 3rd respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the officials of the 1st respondent are not concerned with the subject land and there is purely civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

Since there is a categorical statement on behalf of the 1st respondent that the officials of the 1st respondent are not interfering with the subject land, the writ petition is disposed of recording the same. However, this order will not preclude the 1st respondent from taking action if any illegal constructions are made by the petitioner in the subject land. As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
