No. 1611 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (T.S.R.T.C.) appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in pursuance of the judgment dated 13.06.2018 in W.A.No. 794 of 2018 delivered by this Court, the petitioner has been reinstated into service vide order dated 03.07.2018 passed by the Personal Officer, Mahabubnagar Region, T.S.R.T.C., as such, the judgment of this Court has been complied with.

In view of the order dated 03.07.2018 passed by the T.S.R.T.C., we see no ground to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. It is needless to mention that if the respondents do not allow the petitioner to join duty, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the present case. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
