take the half-yearly accounts of the sub,ect company (in liquidation) for the period from 01.04.2023 to 30.092023, along with lndependent Auditors' Report dated 31 05.2025 submitted on 09.06.2025 by M/s KBS. & Associates, Chartered Accountants on record and permission may be accorded to make the payment of audit fee of Rs.500l plus GST to the said auditor.

Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned n the supporting affidavit, and upon considering the half-yearly accr rnts fited by the leamed Official Liquidator, this application is I dered wirh the fbllowing:- a. The half-yearly accounts of the subject Com: rny, rvhich is in liquidation for the period from0l.04.2023 to i r.09.2g23, ,1un* with the Auditor's Report dated 31.05.20_l submitted on 09.06.2025 by M/s.KBS & Associates, Chartrr;d Accountants, are taken on record.
