O R D E R

Sri Mohd. Mumtaz Pasha, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that this writ petition has become infructuous owing to the subsequent development in the shape of cancellation of the licence. The learned counsel states that the petitioner may be granted liberty to pursue its remedies as against the subsequent cause.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law in relation to subsequent developments. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
