HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.14680 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession of the respective shops in Sy.Nos.158 and 159/ 2 to an extent of Ac.3.621⁄2 cents situated at Sri Subbalamma, Nukalamma and Rajyalakshmi Ammavari Temple, Amalapuram, East Godavari District, under the possession of the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction was sought to direct the respondents to continue the petitioners in the respective shops on enhanced rental of 100% on the existing rental for a further period of 3 years from 2014 to 2017. When the writ petition came up for admission on 23.05.23014, this Court directed the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners' peaceful possession of their respective shops in Sy.Nos.158 and 159/ 2 to an extent of Ac.3.

621⁄2 cents situated at Sri Subbalamma, Nukalamma and Rajyalakshmi Ammavari Temple, Amalapuram, East Godavari District, if they are in possession of the same, without following the due process of law. The period for which the petitioners sought continuation ended in the year 2017 and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

The writ petition is, accordingly, closed There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI, J Date: 12.12.2018 BSS
