ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 12.07.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14352 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent reported that in pursuance of the order dated 12.07.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14352 of 2019, the respondent has considered the case of the petitioners and rejected vide order dated 21.12.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to challenge the rejection order dated 21.12.2019, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
