Sri Sita Ram Chaparla, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the proceedings, which resulted in the present Contempt Case being filed, has since been withdrawn; and the Contempt Case be closed. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
