THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.761 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as follows:

Having regard to the prima facie material contained in the allegations of F.I.R, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the fact that main dispute is a civil oriented one i.e., property related dispute, the Police of Mahabubnagar(Rural) Police Station, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2 during the course of investigation. The petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
