HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE Nos.799 and 802 of 2017 COMMON ORDER :
Aggrieved by the orders dated 15.03.2017 in Crl.MP.Nos.1702 and 1703 of 2017 in C.C.Nos.111 and 112 of 2016 respectively passed by the Special Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Excise Court, Ongole, which were filed to reopen the evidence, the petitioner/ accused filed these two revisions. Heard both sides.
The impugned order passed by the lower Court no way requires any interference, for this Court while sitting in revision. Hence, both the revisions are dismissed. However, considering the valuable defence right of the accused in the two cases, if at all a proper application is filed within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order by assigning reasons, it can be decided after hearing both sides, with counter if any, on own merits.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
