CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.7886 of 2009 Dt: 07.09.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Petition is filed for issue of a Writ of Prohibition against respondent No.4 prohibiting it from proceeding with PLC.No.482 of 2018 by declaring that the said respondent has no jurisdiction to entertain the said PLC against the petitioner. At the hearing, Mr.J.Anil Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, representing respondent No.4, on instructions, submitted that on realising the mistake of impleading the petitioner in the PLC, respondent No.1 has made an endorsement on 10-06-2009 withdrawing the same as against the petitioner in pursuance of which respondent No.4 has dropped further proceedings against him.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the cause in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as such.
