This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.13, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in Crime No.76 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kasimkota Police Station, Visakhapatnam district registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20 (b) (II) (c) of NDPS Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
