This Contempt Case is liled for alleged violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2O2OS of 2024, dated t3.o8.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submits that the respondents have { complied with the order passed by this Court by issuing the Memo No.2 108 I /Vig.ll(l) / 2024, dated 28. 11.2024. 3.

The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge said Memo No.21081/Vig.II(1l'/2024, dated 28.11.2024, if he is still aggrieved by the same. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
