HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 39260 of 2016 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Revenue and Government Pleader for Assignment. With consent of all the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not restoring the land assigned to the petitioner, as illegal, unconstitutional; and consequently direct the authorities to initiate prosecution against the fifth respondent, who illegally occupied the land admeasuring Ac.0.67 cents in Sy.No.327/ 3 of Doddipatla village.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 14.10.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.10.2016 in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two

(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
