The Court made the following:

Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ or order/s particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in proceeding with E.A.No.68 of 2014 in CC.No.285 of 2012 pending disposal of FASR.No.5799/2014 before the 2nd respondent and be pleased in taking up the FASR.No.5799 of 2014 as being arbitral and unjust." 2.

At the hearing, Ms.Sunita Nawandar, learned counsel representing Mr.B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
