This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.3 seeking bail in Crime No.33 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Butchayyapeta Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 20(b)(c) read with 8(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a petition before the trial Court. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the trial Court.
