ORAL ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondent corporation and with their consent the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission. Petitioner claims to have submitted application for grant of building permission on 22.7.2015. Grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that so far his application is not processed and permission was not granted, causing lot of hardship to the petitioner.
On instructions, learned standing counsel for respondent corporation submitted that application submitted by the petitioner for grant of building permission is yet to be processed and finalized and for some clarification the matter is referred to head office of the corporation. Having regard to these submissions, writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing the second respondent to process and pass appropriate orders on the application for building permission submitted by the petitioner on 22.7.2015 within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
