take the half-yearly accounts of the subject company (in liquidation) for the period from 01 .04.2023 to 30.09.2023, along with lndependent Auditors' Report dated 31.05.2025 submitted on 09.06.2025 by M/s. KBS and Associates, Chartered Accountants on record and permission may be accorded to make the payment of audit fee of Rs.500/- plus GST to the said auditor.

Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the supporting affidavit, and upon considering the half-yearly accounts filed by the learned official Liquidator, this application is ordered with the following:- I a. The half-yearly accounts of the subject Company, which is in liquidation for the period from 0l .04.2023 to 30.09.2023, along with the Auditor's Report dated 3+.O5.ZO2S submitted on Og .06.2025by M/s. b. Permission is accorded to the learned Oflicial Liquidator to pay an audit fee of Rs.500/- plus GST to the Auditor. c.
