HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7365 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.425 of 2011 on the file of XIV Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.

When the matter came up for hearing, this Court called for information as to the present stage of C.C.No.425 of 2011. Accordingly, the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in his letter in Dis.No.11930/MSJ/HYD/2018, dated 08.08.2018, submitted information to the effect that the said case was disposed of on 09.05.2016.

In that view, this criminal petition which was filed against C.C.No.425 of 2011 has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
