Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the facts in the present case warrants application of the decision of this Court rendered in Writ Petition No.37713 of 2014 and Batch dated 26.08.2015. The said submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. In that view of the matter, following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No. 37713 of 2014 and Batch dated 26.08.2015 and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
