It is seen that in this matter charge sheet is already filed and case is numbered as C.C.No.129 of 2016 and as per the submission of learned counsel for petitioner matter is coming up for framing charges. 2) Having regard to the stage of the matter, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Petitioner, if advised, can file a petition seeking for discharge in which event, the trial Court can pass appropriate order on merits expeditiously.

3) With this observation, Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
