take the half-yearly accounts of the subject company (in liquidation) for the period from 01 .04.2023 to 30.09.2023, along with lrfdependent Auditors' .

Report dated 31.05.2025 submitted on 09.06.2025 by M/s. KBS and Associates, Chartered Accountants on record and permission may be accorded to make the payment of audit fee of Rs.500/- ptus GSt to the said ' auditor.

cost of this application (Court fee Stamps and Notary Charges etc.,) may be permitted to be met out by the Official Liquidator from the available funds of ihe company (in liquidation) or Estate and Establishment Furid account if no fund is available in the company's account subject to reimbursement of the same from the funds of Company (in liqn) upon realization of assets of the Company (in liqn), if any.

This application coming on for orders, upon reading the Judge's summons and the affidavit dated 28.07.2025 filed by Sri Uttam Kumar Sahoo, Official Liquidator attached to the High Court for the State of Telangana, in support of the Company Application and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J.$reenath Reddy, Advocate for the Offici al Liq uid ator/Appl icant. Having satislied with the reasons mentioned in the supporting affidavit, and upon considering the half-yearly accounts filed by the learnecl official Liquidator, this application is ordered with the following:- a. l'he half-yearly accounts of the subject company, which is in liquidation for the period from 01.04.2023 to 30.09.zoz3,along n'ith the Auditor's Report dated 31.05.2025 submitted on 09.06.2025 by IWs.KBS & Associates, chartered Accountants, are taken on record.

, b. Pt:rmission is accorded to the learned officiar Liquidator to pay an audit fee of Rs.500/- plus GST to the Auditor. c. Pe'rmission is also accorded to the learned official Liquidator to make the said payment from the available funds of the cc,mpany (in liquidation), or from the Estate and Establishment Fund account if no fund is available in the company's account, sutrject to reimbursement from the funds of Company (in liquidation) upon realization of its assets.
