None appears for the petitioners.

2. As seen from the record, it is clear that the petitioners are well aware of the institution of O.S.No.502 of 2008 and kept silence all through, and proceeded only before the trial Court subsequent to the filing of E.P.No.68 of 2012 with a delay of 1580 days, but stated that the said delay is only 122 days, which is not fair on their part.

3. The petitioners have not approached the Court with clean hands. However, on perusal of the record, it is clear that the order passed by the trial Court is well considered and it does not warrant any interference by this Court. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
