THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.63 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking to transfer S.C. No.73 of 2012 from the Court of VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge at Vijayawada to any other Sessions Court in Krishna District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier also, the matter was adjourned twice. No stay was granted by this Court earlier. Admittedly, the case pertains to the year 2014. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner at this length of time. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J February 16, 2016.
