( Respondent in-do-) Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated ln the Petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions No. IV and V of the order dated 05.12.2019 in CRI.P.No. 7632/2019 in favor of the petitioner in the interest of justice, pending disposal of CRLP No. 7632 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

CRLP NO:7632OF 2Ot9 Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr,P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the sole accused/ petitioner herein on regular bail in pursuant to Crime in FIR No.410 of 2019, dated 05/10/2019 of Khammam Rural Police Station, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District, pending investigation of said Crime in the interest of justice.

The petition coming on hearing and upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed in the Crl.P., and the order of the High Court dated 05.12.2019 made in Crl.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Gade Venkateswara Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, Addl. Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER

This application is filed to relax condition Nos.iv and v imposed by this Court on 05,12.2019 in Crl.P.No.7632 of 2019 against the petitioner/accused, This Court vide order, dated 05,12,2019, in Crl.P,No,7632 of 2019 granted regular Bail to the petitioner/accused on certain terms and conditions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused would submit that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner/accused is regularly attending before the Station House officer, Khammam Rural Police station, Khammam Rural No,1, Khammam District, on every Sunday and ultimately, prayed to relax condition Nos.iv and v imposed against the petitioner.

Having regard to the same and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, with regard to condition No.iv, the petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Khammam Rural Police Station Khammam Rural No.1, Khammam Distri€t, only on 4th Sunday of every month between 1O:OO AM and 6:00 PM, instead of every Sunday, as ordered by this Court in the order, dated 05.12.2019, till filing of the charge sheet.
