HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 751 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 01-07-2015 whereby Writ Petition No. 9690 of 2015 has been dismissed by the learned single Judge.

In the writ petition, the appellant challenged the order whereby her authorisation came to be suspended on the allegations as reflected in the show cause notice dated 30-03-2015 that she diverted PDS rice to black market and made fictitious entries of 32 card holders in the sales register for March, 2015. In view of these allegations, learned single Judge granted 15 days more time to the appellant to submit her reply to the show cause notice and directed the concerned authority to complete the enquiry within 60 days thereafter. No ground whatsoever is made out by learned counsel for the appellant to interfere with such order.

Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed.
