ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking enhancement of superannuation.

It appears, during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners have retired from service and at this length of time, the relief of enhancement of superannuation from 60 to 62 years is not feasible, as it was not acted upon by the respondent-University.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
