A. Joseph, v. Deputy Transport Commissioner,
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 11227 OF 2005 18-04-2016 Between:
A. Joseph ... Petitioner And Deputy Transport Commissioner, Nellore ... Respondent
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 11227 OF 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for the parties. On 17-03-2016, when we were informed about the sad demise of the advocate on record for the petitioner, we had directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner asking him to engage some other advocate. We are informed that the notice issued to the petitioner has returned unserved. This petition was filed in 2005 and last it was placed before this Court is on 17.05.2005. The petitioner has not bothered to engage another advocate after the demise of his advocate on record. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition any further. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
