THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9112 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.3, under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.34 of 2015 on the file of Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354, 420 and 506 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the de facto complainant. The allegations against the petitioner are that he sexually harassed the de facto complainant and tried to outrage her modesty.

The allegations against the petitioner are so serious in nature. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _____________ RAJA ELANGO, J September 14, 2015 KTL
