This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C. No.10 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Nalgonda District. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication and became infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
