CVNR, J & KVL, J WP 23760/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus by directing the respondents to grant Annual Grade Increments from the date of fixing the minimum pay scales and also pay the arrears would arise on revision of pay scales from time to time as directed by the Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.9143 of 2011, dated 28.11.2011 by implementing the said order of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal and declare the action of the respondents in not implementing the directions of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.9143 of 2011 dated 28.11.2011 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India." At the hearing Mr. Vadapalli Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.29403 of 2017 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
