THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN W.P.NO.26104 OF 2019 O R D E R(Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Rajeshwar Rao, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondents. Though this writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 04.03.2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.020/00523/2014, both the counsel would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in terms of the Memo No.17-01/2017-GDS dated 05.03.2020.

In view of the above submission and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents / competent authority, to consider the claim of the petitioner in terms of the guidelines issues by the 1st respondent vide O.M.No.1701/2017-GDS dated 05.03.2020, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
