Since the grievance of the petitioner is that respondents have not accepted his complaint, he is at liberty to take necessary steps in accordance with the provisions under the Criminal Procedure Code, including filing a private complaint before the appropriate Criminal Court.

Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
