Petitioner is daughter of late Bairi Bhooma Rajam. He died on 04.03.2014, while he was working as Office Sub-ordinate. Mother of the petitioner made an application/representation, dated 19.02.2015, to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds by enclosing all the relevant documents. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far no decision is taken on the said representation. Hence, this Writ Petition. 3.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, in the service record of late employee, name of the mother of the petitioner is reflected as nominee.

Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Divisional Co-operative Officer, Jagityal District, the 3rd respondent, to forward the representation made by the mother of the petitioner to the District Collector, Jagityal District, within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, if so far no decision is made on the said representation and the issue is kept pending before him. On receiving the said representation, the District Collector, Jagityal District, shall examine the same and pass appropriate orders by assigning due reasons in support of the decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioner

within a period of six weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
