Alleging inaction of respondents 3 and 4 in issuing Rythubandhu pass book and cheque to the petitioner in respect of the subject matter of writ petition, the present writ petition is filed. The written instructions of even date received from the 4th respondent are placed on record.

The 4th respondent is directed to examine the claim of petitioner and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
