This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in proceeding with the selection process even though the appeal filed by the petitioner against the rejection order, dated 14.05.2018, in rejecting the petitioner's LPG Distributorship for the location of Anandapuram, Visakhapatnam District, is pending before the respondents, as arbitrary and illegal. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the appeal filed by the petitioner against rejection order, dated 14.05.2018, was disposed of, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
