THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI WRI T PETI TI ON No.6841 OF 2007 ORDER :

The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief : "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus direction (i) declaring the actions of the respondents 1 to 3 in issuing the impugned proceedings No.AEE1/BHARATHNIRMAN/2006-07, dated 09-01-2007 and consequential proceedings is arbitrary, illegal, unreasonable, without jurisdiction and violative of principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14 & 21 of Constitution of India and said consequent proceedings may be set-aside. (ii) a direction may be issued to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to allot the R.W.S. Work sanctioned under Bharath Nirman Grant to the Allapur village under Indiramma Programme in favour of the petitioner as per the Gram Panchayat resolution, dated 18-10-2006 and recommendations of 3rd respondent, dated 05-01-2007.

By afflux of time the cause in the Writ Petition ceased to exist and nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
