THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.22796 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, the only grievance of the petitioners is with regard to the non-disposal of the application filed for grant of stay in Appeal bearing No.A2/1296/2017 filed by the petitioner on 16.12.2017 in the appeal pending before the second respondent, which was filed against the orders dated 06.06.2017 in File No.B/440/2016 passed by the third respondent with regard to the mutation of names of the unofficial respondents in respect of the subject property. I have heard the submissions of Sri Venkat Reddy Thipparthi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and that of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG), appearing for the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed for grant of stay and also the appeal expeditiously, ends of justice would stand subserved.

Learned Government Pleader endorses the said submission.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the application filed for grant of stay as well as the appeal bearing

No.A2/1296/2017 filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, however, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned.

The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________________ M.SEETHARAMA MURTI, J 05.07.2018 vs
